Strategy with purpose.

An alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, I began my professional career in 2005 with Viplav Communications, one of India’s first political-consultancy firms.

At a time when election strategy was still unfamiliar territory for many leaders, we demonstrated how professional campaign support could improve electoral winnability. Our work spanned the RLD, BJP, Congress, Samajwadi Party, BSP and individual political leaders.

After contributing to the BJP’s 2014 Lok Sabha campaign, I joined St. Joseph Group of Schools in Kota as CEO, leading improvements in education quality and digital access. I also worked with Rajasthan Skill Development and Livelihood Corporation on skill-development programmes across four districts.

In 2020, I founded PSSAD Communications in New Delhi before returning to political consultancy as Director, North India Operations at Rajneethi Political Consultancy. I lead business development, operations, consulting and research across North, North-East and West India, and maintain relationships with party leadership and central government institutions. I also write in English and Hindi for Bharat Prakashan’s Organiser and Panchjanya on elections, foreign policy and education.
